About the Company:
Due to team expansion, we are seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machinery
* Respond promptly to breakdowns, prioritising workload effectively
* Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
* Adhere to health & safety protocols and report incidents accurately
* Provide guidance and support to apprentice engineers during shifts
Experience & Skills Required:
* Hands-on experience with hydraulic & pneumatic systems
* Ability to read & understand technical drawings.
* PLC- Fault Finding
Qualifications:
* Apprentice-trained (preferred)
* NVQ Level 3, HNC, or HND in Engineering
Shift pattern:
* 3-week rotation
* Day & Night shifts
* No weekends
