Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (30-minute unpaid lunch)

About the role

We are looking for an organised and confident Sales Administrator to support our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment, managing tasks, speaking with people, and keeping things running smoothly.

You will be supporting the sales team with a range of administrative tasks, while also speaking to learners and helping them progress through their journey.

What you'll be doing

* Supporting learner enrolments and keeping records up to date

* Replying to emails and handling day-to-day communication

* Updating systems such as Dynamics and HubSpot

* Booking meetings for the sales team

* Calling existing learners to support their progress

* Using Excel to track and manage information

* Helping the team stay organised and on track

What we're looking for

* Good communication skills and confidence on the phone

* Strong organisational skills

* Comfortable using Excel and systems

* Previous admin experience

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
