Become a Site Manager of a brand new residential project within the Bedford area. The scheme consists of a traditional build development of 1000+ units, entailing six phases of 150+ units each, consisting of 3-5 bedroom houses. You will manage one of these six phases.

Duties
Be on site reporting to Project Manager
Give clear direction to on-site team to ensure targets are met and project is delivered efficiently
Programming
Liaise with contractors in meetings
Manage day-to-day operations ensuring it is in accordance with specifications and build programme
Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
Provide and check reports on progression
Ensuring development passes NHBC practices
Monitor and control quality of production
Snagging/desnagging
Qualifications
Experience running residential construction projects
New build, residential experience
Must have timber frame knowledge
SMSTS, CSCS - Black
First Aid
Scaffold awareness
