I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector, travelling within Swindon and Devizes. This role involves working on reactive repairs and void properties.As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive:

• £22 per hr (temp to perm)
• Company van and fuel card
• Salary up to 37k when permanent

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

• Working on void and repairs properties
• Working for a social housing contractor

As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll need:

• Social housing experience
• Carpentry skills
• Good painting and decorating skills
• Patch plastering skills
• Full licence (no more than 6 points)
• Own tools
