The Role

They are now looking for a Marketing lead to help take the brand to the next level. This is a hands-on, strategic role that blends creativity with execution.

You'll develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with product launches and key campaigns, working closely with third-party agencies and internal teams to ensure consistency, impact, and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies around product drops and seasonal activations

Manage relationships with external agencies to maximise campaign performance

*

Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all channels and assets

*

Coordinate marketing budgets and spending across peak periods

*

Collaborate with the events team to support global brand activations

*

Track and analyse performance metrics to inform future initiatives

About You

*

5+ years' experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a product-focused e-commerce environment

*

Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management

*

Ideally proven connectivity to those in the watch trade media

*

Excellent communication and project management skills

*

Experience or keen interest in the watch industry or adjacent luxury/lifestyle product categories is a strong plus

*

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and juggling multiple priorities

*

Degree-level education

*

Marketing or business-related qualifications are a plus
