Business Development Representative - Passive Fire Protection
Location: London (SE10) - Office-based only
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Our client is a leading specialist within the Passive Fire Protection industry, delivering high-quality solutions that ensure safety, compliance, and peace of mind for clients across the construction sector. They are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to help nurture existing accounts while driving new business growth.
This is a relationship-led role, ideal for someone with sales experience and strong connections within the construction industry. You'll be joining a collaborative team, working in-office, and playing a key role in shaping the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage with new business opportunities in the construction and fire protection sector
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business
• Leverage your construction network to generate leads and grow the pipeline
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

What We're Looking For
• Proven track record in business development or sales
• Experience within Passive Fire Protection, Fire Safety, or Construction services
• Established connections within the construction industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
