Plumber / Multi-Skilled Operative - Yeovil
Salary/Rate: £18 per hour / £37,500 per annum
Contract: Temp to Perm

Nuco Solutions are recruiting an experienced Plumber / Multi-Skilled Operative for a leading Housing Association in the Yeovil area. This temp-to-perm role involves carrying out plumbing and general maintenance works across social housing properties, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and compliant.

Role Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance in domestic social housing properties

*

Undertake minor building and maintenance tasks as required

*

Respond to tenant repair requests with a professional and customer-focused approach

*

Ensure all works are completed safely and in compliance with relevant standards

*

Maintain accurate records of works carried out

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Plumber / Multi-Skilled Operative

*

Experience in social housing desirable

*

Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided)

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Strong customer service skills
