As their litigation team continues to grow, they are now seeking a motivated and diligent Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their busy practice.
The Role:
As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you will provide key support to solicitors and play an active role in managing a varied caseload. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in commercial disputes and a desire to build a career within a respected firm.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors in managing a broad range of commercial litigation matters
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
• Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
• Attending court and taking notes where necessary
• Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in litigation (commercial experience preferred)
• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
