Children's Services Manager

Looking for a leadership role that makes a real difference?
We're a growing organisation supporting children (ages 5-18) with learning disabilities and autism through afterschool clubs, holiday playschemes, and youth sessions.
We're seeking an experienced and passionate manager to lead these services, supervise two Team Leaders, and oversee a large, dedicated staff team. You'll have real autonomy, a strong voice in service development, and the chance to help shape lives.
What we're looking for:
✔ Experience managing children's or SEND services
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Understanding of autism and additional needs
✔ Willing to work school holidays (our busiest time)
➕ Bonus if you can drive a minibus (not essential)
