A well regarded national law firm with a strong presence in Bradford is looking to hire a Personal Injury Litigator for its EL/PL team and is ranked in the Legal 500. You will be responsible for running a varied defendant EL/PL workload (mainly from a retail perspective) from commencement of litigation to trial and occasionally handling pre-litigation matters, to include providing recommendations on liability and quantum. he role is based within a wider litigation team, with a supportive and helpful supervision structure and case management system.

• Experience in Defendant EL/PL litigation
• Confident managing a busy caseload with a degree of autonomy
• Strong litigation, negotiation and case management skills
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
• Well-organised, client-focused and an effective communicator
