Warehouse / Storeperson

Location: HMP Highpoint, Stradishall, Newmarket (CB8)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

Pay: Hourly rate + holiday pay

Duration: Long term (1 year+)

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse / Storeperson to join a busy team at HMP Highpoint. This is a long term role offering steady weekday hours and a supportive working environment.

You will help keep the stores running smoothly by handling deliveries, organising stock and supporting the site team.

What you will be doing

• Receiving and checking deliveries
• Booking in stock using a simple computer system
• Keeping the stores area tidy and organised
• Issuing materials to the team as needed
• Keeping basic records up to date
• Preparing materials ready for use on site

What we are looking for

• Some experience in a warehouse, stores or similar role
• Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Additional information

• This role is based within a secure site, so clearance will be required before starting
• Due to the location, you will need to be able to travel to site easily
