Project Manager / Site Agent - National Grid (Norwich Area)
Location: National Grid sites within 1 hour of Norwich
Start: ASAP
Hours: 07:00-17:00
Scope: Earthworks / Civils
Contractor: Working with a well-established civils subcontractor

I'm looking for an experienced Project Manager or strong Site Agent to oversee earthworks packages on power projects across the Norwich region. You'll be the lead on site, driving delivery, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring engineers' setting-out info is followed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily site operations across NG compounds

*

Supervising subcontractors

*

Coordinating engineers attending site

*

Ensuring safety, quality and environmental compliance

*

Managing paperwork, RAMS, permits and progress reporting

*

Maintaining programme, identifying risks, and pushing productivity

*

Acting as main site lead for client and contractor interfaces

Requirements:

*

Black CSCS (Manager) card

*

SMSTS

*

Strong civils/earthworks experience

*

Background in utilities, infrastructure or power networks ideal

*

Confident managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts

*

Able to start immediately and hit the ground running
