Position: Rigging Supervisor

Hours: Monday-Sunday, 7:00-19:00

PAYE Pay Rates: Blue Book Grade 5:

Days: 1st 38 Hrs Mon-Fri: £23.38/hr + Hol Pay

O/T 1: £32.73/hr

O/T 2: £42.08/hr

Hourly Bonus

Travel & Fare / Radius Allowance

£48.16/day Lodge Allowance (if over 40 miles from site)

The Role:

Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for Rigger Supervisors on behalf of our client for an industrial shutdown near Northwich, Cheshire. Duties will include:

* Leading and supervising a team of riggers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance as needed.

* Ensuring that all rigging operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

* Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

* Developing and implementing rigging plans and procedures for each project, considering factors such as load requirements, equipment specifications, and site conditions.

* Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that rigging activities are integrated smoothly into overall project schedules.

* Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

* Maintaining accurate records of rigging activities, including equipment inspections, incident reports, and personnel certifications.

* Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding rigging operations.

NVQ 3 or equivalent in Moving Loads / Opito 3/4

AP/A61

COSHH Awareness

Lifting Equipment Inspection

Rigging Loft Management

Previous experience in the heavy engineering industry; Power, O&G, Petrochemical, Renewables etc.
