Due to growth our Fleet team has the opportunity for a Driver & Fleet Administrator to join their fantastic team! To manage the Group fleet administration function and working closely with the Driver and Fleet Administrator Manager to contribute to ensuring continued Safe, Compliant and Efficient transport operations throughout the company. Primary responsibilities include Operator License Management, Driver's hours and License Management, Vehicular Incident and Insurance Management and general fleet administration tasks. Fleet administration management of 600+ vehicles in the Group business. Management of Operator's Licence(s). Understanding of DVSA / OTC /DfT Regulations and Requirements. Compliance with transport legislation and transport safety legislation (driver's hours and vehicle checks).Accident, Incident and Insurance Management. System Management. Telematics Management including reporting. Fuel card Management. V5, RFL, PCN and speeding notification Management. Driver on-boarding.
