About the Role:

• Work in a dedicated SEN unit supporting a maximum of 12 pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Support children with a range of needs, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
• Collaborate with an experienced and caring team of professionals
• Provide tailored academic and emotional support to help each child reach their potential

• A warm, empathetic, and motivated individual
• A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced staff
• SEN experience is preferred, but not essential - full training is provided
• Commitment to working full-time for the full academic year
