Workstream Manager - Annual Salary: Circa £20 per hour plus holiday

We are seeking a Workstream Manager with strong project management experience to lead the implementation of SAP within one of our clients business units. This role is crucial for coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting user testing, and ensuring the successful integration of SAP modules.
Day-to-day of the role: - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful SAP implementation.
- Identify appropriate users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare them effectively.
- Hands-on involvement in data extraction and input into test scripts.
- Facilitate system access for team members involved in the project.
- Oversee the planning and execution of business process testing in areas such as inbound stock, finance integration, and outbound sales.
- Manage project milestones to ensure timely delivery and smooth project flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in project management
- Strong understanding of SAP functionalities (desirable) and the ability to oversee its customisation and testing.
- Ability to coordinate and manage large-scale projects across different business functions.
- Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring effective preparation and execution.
