🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing year-end accounts for a variety of businesses - from sole traders to limited companies

*

Assisting in audits, from planning through to completion

*

Producing management accounts and VAT returns

*

Being the go-to contact for clients, building lasting relationships and solving queries

*

Pitching in on ad hoc tasks to support senior colleagues

*

Helping to guide and support junior team members

*

Ensuring work meets professional and regulatory standards

✅ What They're Looking For:

*

3-4 years' experience in an accountancy practice - essential

*

Part-qualified ACA or ACCA, or qualified by experience

*

A strong understanding of statutory accounts and audit procedures

*

Hands-on experience with VAT returns and management accounts

*

Confident communicator - both with clients and within the team

*

Proficiency in cloud accounting tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Office
