Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00

Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team on a static site in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable Monday-Friday role within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across building services systems.

*

Respond to reactive maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

*

Perform fault finding and basic repairs across electrical and mechanical systems.

*

Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company and client procedures.

*

Maintain accurate maintenance records and update job management systems.

*

Liaise with site management and other contractors where required.

*

Support general building maintenance across the site.

Requirements

*

Minimum Level 2 qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.

*

Previous experience working in a corporate or commercial building environment.

*

Multi-skilled maintenance experience with good fault-finding ability.

*

Strong understanding of PPM schedules and reactive maintenance processes.

*

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

*

Must be able to pass security clearance.
