CNC 5-Axis Programmer / Setter / Operator

Pay Rate: £20-£21 per hour
Overtime: Unlimited overtime available

An established and highly respected precision engineering company is looking to recruit a skilled CNC 5-axis Programmer / Setter / Operator. Known for delivering high-quality, tight-tolerance components, the business operates as a trusted make-to-print supplier for major global organisations within the aerospace, marine, and defence sectors.

This is a dynamic role offering a varied workload, working on both straightforward and highly complex components in a modern machining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Programming, setting, and operating Hurco full 5-axis CNC machines

* Producing programs using Fusion 360

* Manufacturing components to precise specifications from engineering drawings

* Working across a diverse range of parts and materials

* Ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency

About the Role:

* Make-to-print manufacturing for leading international clients

Working Hours:

* Standard 8-hour days

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience in 5-axis CNC machining

* Strong working knowledge of Fusion 360

* Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings

* Experience working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards

* Self-driven, reliable, and capable of working independently
