The Role

As a Freelance Employability Tutor specialising in Warehousing & Logistics, you will deliver engaging, hands-on training to adult learners across the East Midlands through funded programmes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Delivering training in areas such as warehouse operations, health & safety, manual handling, stock control, and employability skills

* Supporting learners to achieve Level 1 and Level 2 Warehouse & Storage qualifications

* Encouraging and mentoring jobseekers to build confidence and workplace readiness

* Assessing learner progress and maintaining accurate records in line with funding and awarding body requirements

Ideal Candidate

You'll combine industry knowledge with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Essential skills and experience:

* Experience delivering training in warehousing, logistics, or employability to adult learners

* Strong understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety practices

* A recognised teaching or assessing qualification (such as AET/PTLLS, DET/DTLLS, or TAQA)

* Confident, engaging delivery style with strong learner support skills

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable (not essential):

* Experience with AEB or DWP-funded programmes

* Background in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain roles
