What you'll do as a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs

Assist with tailored learning activities and classroom inclusion

Encourage independence, communication, and confidence

Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support progress

What we're looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Experience supporting children with SEN (school, nursery, or care setting)

Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach

Flexibility to work across different schools and settings

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
