Lead theatre operations with a focus on governance, compliance, and exceptional patient care.

Ensure the department meets all regulatory standards and runs efficiently and effectively.What we're looking for:

A qualified RGN or ODP with active NMC or HCPC registration.
Proven experience leading and managing theatre teams in either the NHS or independent sector.
