Contracts Manager (Commercial Projects)

We're looking for a Contracts Manager who really knows their way around commercial construction—someone who's spent their career on offices, retail, industrial units, healthcare, education… anything but residential.

If you enjoy keeping projects on track, heading off problems before they bite, and working with a team that actually talks to each other, you'll fit in well here.

What the job looks like day-to-day

Taking ownership of contracts on several commercial projects

Making sure everything runs the way it should—legally, financially, and practically

*

Working closely with clients, QSs, PMs, and subcontractors

*

Dealing with variations, claims, and the usual curveballs that come with live sites

*

Keeping communication clear and sorting issues before they grow legs

What we're hoping you'll bring

Solid experience in commercial construction (we're not looking for residential backgrounds on this one)

Confidence with JCT/NEC contracts

*

A calm, steady approach when things get busy

*

Good judgement, good communication, and the ability to negotiate without creating drama
