Salary: £45,000 - £53,000 per annum

A highly regarded and well-established wealth management firm is seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paraplanner looking to step into a senior role, working on complex cases and mentoring junior team members.

The Role:

As Senior Paraplanner, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting Financial Advisers by preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports, conducting in-depth research, and ensuring the smooth delivery of advice. You will also take on mentoring responsibilities, helping to develop and guide junior paraplanners within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate, compliant suitability reports covering complex financial planning areas
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support advice recommendations
  • Mentor and support junior paraplanners, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
  • Liaise with Advisers, clients, and providers to deliver a seamless service
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation, financial products, and industry standards
  • Assist in enhancing internal processes and workflows

Requirements:

  • Proven paraplanning experience, ideally with senior-level responsibility
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (or near completion)
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Collaborative and proactive approach

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to £53,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
