A specialist-chartered quantity surveying consultancy in central London are seeking an articulate Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy a client facing role, working across high-end projects for private clients.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Joining a team of 15+ quantity surveyors, the new Quantity Surveyor shall support the Partners in delivering an impressive array of high end residential, hotel, and mixed-use schemes across the City.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will gain experience across the full construction/project life cycle, providing a full cost management role as well as acting as an employer's agent/contract administrator on occasion.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 3 years quantity surveying experience
• Experience of working for a cost consultancy / PQS practice
• Working towards MRICS
• Happy to commute into London
• Well spoken, intelligent, professional
