Your new role:

As a General Teaching Assistant, you'll support a Foundation 2 classroom, working closely with the class teacher to manage daily routines and learning activities. You'll assist small groups of children with tasks, provide general classroom support, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment. You may also be asked to support children on a 1:1 basis when needed. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution is valued every day.

What you'll need to succeed:To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A Level 2 qualification or above in childcare or education

• Confidence working with children of varying abilities
• Strong communication skills and patience
