Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate internal cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., CROs, labs, sites)

* Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs

* Support regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections

* Contribute to the development of clinical strategy, protocols, and operational plans

* Participate in vendor selection and contract negotiation processes

About You

* Proven experience (4-8 years) in clinical project management, ideally in neurology or CNS trials

* Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and global clinical trial regulations

* Experience managing CROs, vendors, and international study sites

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing biotech environment

* Life sciences degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred but not required

* Must have a PHD

* Opportunity to make a real impact on patients' lives in a high-growth biotech

* Dynamic and collaborative team environment
