Cover Supervisors - Flexible Work

Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting students in the classroom? We are looking for Cover Supervisors to work on a flexible, ad-hoc basis in secondary schools across Southampton.

Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during teacher absences.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Support students with their learning and ensure safety at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people (education or similar setting).
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work across different schools.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
