IT Support Technician - 1st/2nd Line

We're working with a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Leeds that's looking to add a skilled 1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician to their growing team. If you're looking to build your technical experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support across a varied client base
- Troubleshooting issues via phone, remote tools, and occasional onsite visits
- Working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Exchange
- Using tools like PowerShell, ConnectWise, SuperOps, and Datto RMM
- Supporting VOIP systems, networking (DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP), and endpoint security
- Assisting with backups, patching, documentation, and basic server/admin tasks
Tech Stack You'll Work With:
- Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online
- Windows Server
- Virtulisation
- VOIP (e.g. 3CX, Teams)
- PowerShell, Datto RMM, ConnectWise, SuperOps
- Windows OS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Networking, firewalls, backup systems
