This is a brand-new role in the business, we are looking for an excellent communicator, CIPD Level 3 who can join the business take control of the full HR function. You'll act as the first point of contact for HR queries from staff, support hiring managers and co-ordinate recruitment process. You'll need to be organised, with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that accurate HR records are maintained on all employees. START ASAP - June 2023!

Key Tasks in this Role:

* Recruitment and Selection - carry out administrative process, prepare documents, co-ordinate recruitment process, ensure necessary employment checks are completed

* On-boarding and Induction - prepare contracts and offer letters and process pre-employment checks, conduct induction meetings

* Liaise with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are maintained for all job roles within the company, ensure all staff members have been issued their job description

* Ensure that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the monthly payroll run and submitted to the Payroll Officer

* Maintain attendance records for all staff, including tracking annual leave usage throughout the holiday year along with absence management relating to sickness and complete any administration for parental leave

* Assist with the Company's annual appraisal cycle, record completed appraisals and training needs

* Roll out the induction e-learning package to new starters and administer e-learning · Be the primary contact for queries on the HR self-service system

* Act as Systems Administrator, configuring the system as required, controlling all user access, managing data flows in and out of the system and ensuring accuracy and data protection compliance and liaising with the systems provider to troubleshoot queries as required

* Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, requests and Company Policies and Procedures

* Leaver Administration - acknowledge resignations and follow processes, ensure exit interviews are conducted

* Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example

* Administer, promote, and track usage of the Company's staff benefits schemes

* Work with the Office Manager in developing and implementing new projects

* Demonstrate support for company policies on diversity, equality and health and safety

* To undertake other activities identified from time to time in line with the level of the post.
