Junior Facilities Manager wanted for an immediate start

Location:         Milton Keynes

Length:           3 months, temporary ongoing

Hours:             37.5, Monday - Friday

Main responsibilities of the role

• Responsible for leading a small team within the Domestic Services department
• Work in a team carrying out day to day duties including cleaning, linen, laundry, waste management and ad hoc catering
• Assist the Facilities Manager ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively
• Ensure regular fire alarm and water testing compliance checks take place and ensure consumables are available
• Ensure KPIs are being achieved in line with the contract agreement
• Manage facilities related risks
• Act as the Facilities Manager deputy as and when required
• Report any necessary sighting directly to the Facilities Manager

Essential requirements:

• You must have experience managing Domestic Services at Supervisor/Shift Manager level
• You will be customer focused and willing to lead a small team
