Systems Engineer - Defence Sector
Location: Hybrid Bristol (2 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonuses + Benefits + Progression
SC: Sole British national

About the Role
You will be working for a leading engineering consultancy looking to grow their systems engineering and MBSE capability within the defence sector.
You'll help clients modernise and optimise their engineering processes - from early concept development through to in-service delivery.
You'll:
- System design, modelling, and integration activities.
- Define and implement MBSE
- Configure and manage toolsets.
- Apply systems engineering best practices across live projects.
What You'll Need
- SysML and MBSE frameworks
- Strong understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Desirable:
- Background in aerospace, defence, or energy.
- Familiarity with DOORS, Matlab/Simulink
