Up to £42,000 + 22 days Hol + BH + Overtime

Your new role - Electrical Maintenance Engineer

* Foot mobile role covering a portfolio of commercial offices across Central London.

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of electrical and building services equipment.

* General maintenance duties as and when required - emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.

* Relevant qualifications required e.g. Level 3 Award, C&G 18th Edition or equivalent.

* Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
