About the role:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with learning challenges, ensuring they are fully included in all aspects of the day.
• Assist the class teacher in creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, meeting the needs of each individual student.
• Support students in their academic progress, providing guidance with assignments, homework, and exams.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student well-being and personal development.
• Obtain regular observations on students and report back to main class teacher.
