Thrive Group Shepton are working with a fast-growing cosmetics manufacturer based just outside Wells, Somerset. They are recruiting a Warehouse Operative on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and storing goods in an orderly and accessible manner
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Performing regular stock checks
  • Operating material handling equipment when required
  • Inspecting products for quality, defects, or damages
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

About You

  • Reliable, hardworking, and organised
  • Able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Able to lift and move stock safely
  • A strong communicator who builds positive working relationships
  • Counter Balance and pivot steer license advantageous but not essential.
