We are working with a well-established and design-driven architectural practice based in Surrey that is looking to add an experienced Architectural Technician to their growing team. The studio specialises in high-end residential projects including new builds and refurbishments, and they're now looking for a technically strong candidate to support continued growth and a rising project workload.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team in a senior technical role. You'll be involved in the detailed design and technical delivery of bespoke residential projects, working closely with the Director and overseeing junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed drawing packages across all RIBA stages

* Coordinate with external consultants and contractors

* Apply a strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations

* Attend site and client meetings as needed

* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

What They're Looking For:

* 3-5 years' experience working on high-end residential projects in the UK

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit advantageous)

* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations

* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

* Ideally based within an hour of the office in Surrey

* Background in a Surrey-based practice is preferred
