Assistant Head Teaching and Learning - Farnborough

The PWR team are partnering with a highly-regarded secondary school within the Bohunt Trust in Farnborough, seeking an exceptional Assistant Head Teacher for Teaching and Learning. This is a significant leadership opportunity for a visionary and experienced educator ready to drive pedagogical excellence and cultivate an environment of high-quality learning across the school.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the school's teaching and learning strategies, leading professional development for staff, championing innovative classroom practices, and monitoring impact on student outcomes. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure consistently outstanding educational provision.

We're looking for a leader with a proven track record of improving teaching standards, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of effective pedagogy. Prior leadership experience is essential, along with QTS. This leadership role is on the Leadership pay scale for the Fringe area.
