Construction Project Manager

We are a rapidly growing company with diverse real estate investments and developments in Central New Jersey.  As the Real Estate Construction Project Manager and Owner’s Representative, you will plan, direct and coordinate activities aligned with the new construction and renovation of multi-family buildings as well as office and retail tenant improvements.  You will lead project management duties associated with administering construction contracts with general contractors and subcontractors. 



  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a general contractor or a developer managing ground up developments

  • A demonstrated knowledge of MEP building systems

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans

  • Knowledge of all trades, construction techniques, bidding, scheduling, budgeting

  • Experience with commercial construction systems and New Jersey building codes

  • The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of various sizes and scope

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with inspectors, clients, architects and subcontractors

  • Exceptional communication skills


Job Responsibilities

  • Developing, supervising day-to-day onsite activities including:

    • Scheduling trades

    • Meeting clients and subcontractors

    • Resolving daily issues

    • Scheduling inspections

    • Ensuring compliance with plans and specs

    • Ensuring bid and budget compliance

  • Perform quality control to insure compliance with contract documents
