Day-to-day of the role: - Carry out Inspecting & Testing on customer’s electrical installations (EICRs), including Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Mains Analysis, Thermal Imaging, and small remedial repairs as required.
- Complete all relevant reports and certification associated with your inspection & testing using our cloud-based certification software.
- Ensure all reports and certification are completed and submitted on time.
- Travel to sites across the region and occasionally stay overnight to meet customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
- City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395.
- Experience working in an electrical testing environment.
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evening/twilight shifts (1 week in 6)
- Full UK Driving Licence, with 6 points or less.
- Good level of IT literacy.
- Experience with Electrical installation/project work.
- Understanding of UK Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
