We are working in partnership with an Outstanding, independent prep school in Windsor to find an exceptional Room Leader for their 2-3 year old setting.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for leading a small, experienced team within the 2-3 year old room, ensuring high-quality care, learning and development at all times.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

* Lead planning and delivery of a high-quality EYFS curriculum

* Create a structured, nurturing and engaging learning environment

* Monitor children's development and identify individual needs

* Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families

* Lead by example, setting the standard for care, behaviour and professionalism

* Support and develop your team to maintain consistently high standards

You will also take on additional responsibility during school holidays, helping coordinate activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the setting.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of something long-term.

You will ideally have:

* Minimum Level 3 qualification (essential)

* At least 3 years' nursery experience

* Experience leading or supporting within a room

* Strong understanding of EYFS and child development

* Confidence managing a team and setting clear expectations

* Excellent communication with both parents and colleagues
