Our client is a mortgage and protection company based in the Newcastle, specialising in New Build, First Time Buyers, Remortgages and Adverse Mortgages. Due to growth, they are now looking for a mortgage administrator to join their team. You will have the opportunity to gain new qualifications. Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate!

Skills required to become a Mortgage Administrator;

• Experience as a mortgage administrator is required
• Customer focused and detail orientated
• CeMAP desirable
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Role responsibilities of a Mortgage Administrator;

• Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated consultants.
• Responsible for administering and progressing applications, managing leads, and liaising with 3rd parties, clients and consultants.
• Keying in cases to lender portals.
• Updating customer throughout the process
