Integrated Doorset Solutions Limited (IDSL) -
A manufacturer of joinery products & leading supplier of performance timber door sets, glazed screens and architectural ironmongery. As well as a timber-based joinery manufacturer producing door frames, skirting, architrave, glazed screens and other associated joinery products.
Fire Door Inspection Solutions Limited (FDIS) - A service orientated business specialising in the inspection, maintenance, and replacement of fire doors.
Are you an experienced Estimator with a proven track record in the construction or manufacturing industry?
We are looking for an experienced and commercially astute Senior Estimator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a forward-thinking company where your input will directly influence project success and business growth. You'll play a key role in leading estimates on high-value projects and mentoring junior team members, all within a collaborative and driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Confidently produce quotations for bespoke doorset & ironmongery packages, as well as panelling and joinery items, in line with the business margin structure, ensuring compliance with certification.
- Confidently assist customers with project enquiries and project specific queries.
- Navigation of folder structure and servers.
- Identifying scope for value engineering as well as gaps or contradicting information within project enquiries and relaying these back to our customers.
- Attend internal project handover meetings to formally handover 'won’ orders to our contracts team.
- Attend meetings with customer base where required providing design resolutions where the intent not achievable.
- Engaging with customers to determine project requirements and delivery timescales.
- Provide guidance to customers in relation to Approved Documents and industry standards.
- Training / mentoring members of the team.
KPI’s:
- Estimating output against set monthly targets.
- Quotations returned in line with customer return dates.
- Non-Conformance in line with the business expectations.
- Conversion Rates in line with the business expectations.

- Experience of estimating.
- Understanding of Doors and Doorsets.
- Technical understanding of doorsets and Ironmongery.
- Advanced / Excellent Excel knowledge, V look up, Formulas, Pivot tables.
- Detail orientated.
- Knowledge of Approved Documents and Industry standards.

39 hours per week 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Thursday) 08:30 - 16:00 (Friday)
