Workshop Assistant
We are currently looking for a Workshop Assistant to join a busy manufacturing company based in New Milton.
Training provided - a fantastic chance to learn and develop your skills!

Introduction
This will be a varied role and an excellent opportunity to gain experience across an array of manufacturing processes and support across the site.

Responsibilities - Once Trained

* Sheet Metal Fabrication tasks

* Pressure Testing and Degreasing

* Fitting tasks

* Maintenance & Repair work

* Tooling Management

* Extruding

* Deliveries to suppliers and customers when needed.

* Assisting Shopfloor Supervisor when needed

* Supporting Apprentices and Work Experience students

* Ensure Process and Procedures are followed at all times

* Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and guidance

Ideal Experience:

* A good knowledge of internal processes and procedures

* Flexible and adaptable to change

* Self-motivated and driven

* Able to work as a team and independently

* Good IT skills

* Driving License - essential

£28K

Hours
Days with a lunchtime finish on Fridays
