Due to the rural location of the office, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.The role will involve working across both the planning and technical teams, with a focus on planning work. You’ll support the delivery of residential projects for regional and national housebuilders.The Role: Junior Architectural Technician 

• Produce planning drawing sets
• Create house types, elevations, street scenes, and layouts
• Use AutoCAD and Photoshop to produce design work
• Contribute to both planning and technical aspects of projects
