As a SEN TA you will provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups, helping them build confidence, develop essential skills, and access the curriculum. The SEN TA role involves working closely with teachers, families, and other support staff to create positive learning experiences for children facing a range of SEN challenges. A flexible, calm approach and excellent communication skills are essential.
