Sales Administrator
Location: LE7, Billesdon, Leicestershire.
Salary: £19,000 - £22,000.
Contract: Maternity Cover, 9-12 month contract.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a successful family run business which has been trading for over 15 years providing vehicle leasing solutions on a huge range of cars, vans and pickups.
They are looking for an experienced sales administrator to join their team on a 9- 12-month contract. You will be working closely with both the sales team and company directors processing orders and collating sales data.
Main Duties:
- Processing new vehicle orders, both new and used.
- Data recording and logging of orders.
- Liaising with customers regarding finance documents and arranging vehicle delivery.
- Raising invoices.
- Working closely with both the sales team and company directors.

- Previous experience in a similar experience
- Ability to self-manage a busy workload.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Positive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to adapt and use initiative.
- Good telephone manner
