Job Title: Paraplanner

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to support our Financial Planners by preparing financial plans, client reports, and technical research. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality, compliant advice and a seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain client files, financial plans, and suitability reports
• Conduct cash flow modelling and technical analysis
• Research products and solutions aligned with client needs
• Support implementation of recommendations and monitor progress
• Assist with client reviews and attend meetings where needed
• Liaise with advisers, administrators, and external professionals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a paraplanner or in financial planning
• Working towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
• Strong technical knowledge of financial products and platforms
• Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage workloads independently
• Studying towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning

Desirable

• Experience with tools like Voyant, Selectapension, FE Analytics
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
