Job Advert: Behaviour Mentor - Haringey (Full-Time)
Location: Haringey, London
Start Date: September 2025 (Opportunity to start earlier before summer holidays)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Salary: Dependent on experience

Are you a confident, resilient, and experienced Behaviour Mentor ready to make a real impact in the lives of young people?

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive and inclusive school in Haringey. This is a full-time position starting in September, with the option to begin sooner before the summer holidays for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role supporting young people with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties.
A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service - this is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A calm, empathetic, and consistent approach to managing behaviour.
Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students and staff.

The Role:

Supporting students across the school who may display challenging behaviour.
Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leads.
Delivering tailored interventions to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
Acting as a positive role model and mentor to students.
