My well-established client in Keighley is looking for a professional coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with contact centre or customer service experience who's passionate about delivery high quality support.
You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely resolutions and a premium service experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Handling calls/emails
• Logging issues on the CRM
• Liaising with internal teams
• Analysing data to support customers
Ideal candidate:
• 1+ year experience in a contact centre/customer service role
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in handling queries, complaints, and tough conversations
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
