A forward-thinking civil engineering consultancy is strengthening its Salford team and is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to deliver highways, drainage and masterplanning projects across Greater Manchester. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will shape infrastructure design while mentoring junior engineers and supporting framework delivery.

This Senior Civil Engineer role combines hands-on design with leadership and client engagement across technically challenging schemes.

Key responsibilities
* Deliver infrastructure design for development and masterplanning projects
* Design highways and drainage in line with SuDS principles
* Apply relevant UK legislation and approval processes
* Produce designs using Civil 3D and drainage software
* Lead and mentor junior engineers
* Liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams

Candidate requirements
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
* Strong experience delivering infrastructure projects
* Confident using civil engineering design software
* Working towards or holding professional accreditation
* Clear communicator with leadership capability
